NPSUC
The New Plymouth Sportfishing & Underwater Club was formed in 1995 as a result of the merging of the New Plymouth Underwater and the Taranaki Cruising and Sportfishing Clubs. The club is based at the Habourview Clubrooms on Oceanview Parade, New Plymouth. The Club has a membership of over 1300 people. Boasting a family-friendly environment and whilst promoting fishing, boating and diving, the Club welcomes members who do not necessarily have an interest in them.
We were approached by the Club to develop and sponsor their new website. A key goal was to make the website mobile friendly which has been achieved through responsive design and the website is powered by Orbit CMS. The website does a great job of promoting Club sponsors, highlights their venue for hire and showcases the many fishing events via the image gallery.
Apex really took the time to understand the key drivers of our Club and how we wanted these portrayed in the new website. They have delivered a well-designed and thought out website that our Club members will utilise every day. The process has been so simple for us and the site has turned out to be one that we are very proud of. I would encourage anyone to use Apex for their business website requirements. The knowledge and expertise they brought to our project was critical in the creation of a website that not only looks great but functions exactly as our users would expect.
